We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, helping us safely park our vehicle and even providing Spanish/English lessons. The recommended restaurant was fantastic. The hotel facilities were clean and the location was great.

Located in a convenient location not far from the city, this hotel provides guests with a comfortable stay and great service. The rooms are well equipped with private bathrooms and other amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. What’s more, the staff is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. the breakfast spread is satisfactory and served with a smile.
The check-in process is a bit slow due to the need to go to a nearby hotel for check-in especially during late night arrival.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and the festive atmosphere was great. The hotel had a convenient location close to nearby shops and attractions. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff who assisted in parking our vehicle in a secure location. The communal restaurant added to the convivial ambiance of the hotel.
The check-in process was frustrating and took far too long. The breakfast was overcrowded, with only one coffee machine to serve everybody, and the options could have been improved.

The check-in process took almost 40 minutes, which was frustrating. Breakfast was really busy, and the tiny coffee machine was very slow, causing a lot of waiting time.
